Path of Exile - Necropolis

With Grinding Gear Games set to reveal Path of Exile: Settlers of Kalguur later today, it’s provided an update on the Necropolis Challenge League. It won’t be integrated into the core after ending, with the Necropolis removed and any remaining Coffins and Allflame Embers deleted.

Characters will still migrate to their respective Standard Leagues and maintain progress. Aside from The Perandus Pact, all of the Necropolis Unique items will be earnable from the same drop pool in Standard. The Challenge League will end on the same day that Settlers of Kalguur launches – July 26th.

Nothing is known about the latter’s mechanics and rewards, though Grinding Gear Games’ Mark Roberts has outlined several quality-of-life changes. These include no longer having to click waypoints to activate them, previewing what Divination Cards drop from maps by hovering over them on the Atlas, fewer waves and more rewards in Simulacrum, and more. Check out the teasers below for more details.
