Persona 5 Royal Will Give You More Time For Night Activities Than Original

The enhanced re-release of the latest Persona title, Persona 5 Royal, promises a host of new content. It’s changing up things a lot, even more so than previous enhanced revisions it seems. And, thankfully, the game will also seemingly give you a bit more time to enjoy it with more nighttime activity periods.

All of the games since Persona 3 have had a limit of some kind to how much time you can spend out doing various activities like minigames or social links. Persona 5 just vocalized it through Morgana, something that annoyed some people since it became a repetitive loop of him telling Joker to go to bed. Seems the team managed to poke fun at themselves a bit with a new Twitter post that says not to worry too much about being reprimanded, and that you will have more time for night activities. Considering there’s so much more things to do, that seems like a pretty good thing (thanks to DualShockers for translations)

Persona 5 Royal will release on PlayStation 4 in Japan on the 31st of October, with a western release planned for next year. You can check out the latest preview trailer for the game in the meantime, though do be warned, it has spoilers for those who haven’t played the original.
