Planet of Lana Releases May 23rd on Xbox and PC

The off-world 2D side-scrolling adventure focuses on Lana and Mui, as they traverse the planet to save the former's sister.

Wishfully’s cinematic 2D platformer Planet of Lana finally has a release date. It’s out on May 23rd for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. You can also play it on day one via Game Pass. Check out the latest trailer below.

In a press release, director Adam Stjarnljus said, “We are so pleased to finally be able to reveal that Planet of Lana is coming to PC and Xbox on May 23. Thank you to everyone who has shown such love and support for our game over the last few years. We can’t wait for you to land in the magical world we’ve worked so hard to create and experience this adventure for yourselves.”

Set on a planet invaded by a mysterious army, Planet of Lana sees the titular protagonist embarking on a journey to save her sister. She joins up with the mysterious Mui, and they must brave various dangers, cooperating to solve puzzles. Stealth is more important than conflict, and you’ll encounter strange terrain to use to your advance.
