Platinum 4

After monstrous success on the Kickstarter for The Wonderful 101: Remastered, PlatinumGames has a major announcement due for February 27th. At least, it will in the Weekly Famitsu issue due that week as per the publication. One would assume this is the next title that’s part of the Platinum 4 website’s line-up.

The line-up comprises four games with The Wonderful 101: Remastered being the first. PlatinumGames confirmed earlier this month that the next three announcements were coming “soon”. Next week seems fairly soon enough so we’ll have to wait for more details.

Interestingly, director Hideki Kamiya also spoke to Weekly Famitsu about Bayonetta 3. He said that development is going well and teased that, “There is various information hidden within the 2017-released trailer.” So if you need something to keep you busy until next week’s major announcement, it might be worth scouring that trailer again.

In the meantime, The Wonderful 101: Remastered has crossed $1.675 million in funding on Kickstarter while the Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle recently launched in the West for Xbox One and PS4.
