As per rumour, Sony will be holding the PlayStation Meeting on September 7th at 12 PM PST/3 PM EST and though no further details were provided, it’s expected to be the event where the PlayStation 4 Neo will be revealed. The PS4 Slim may also be present but again, that’s purely rumour.

Of course, like Sony’s PlayStation Experience events, the PlayStation Meeting will be live-streamed. A representative confirmed as much to Polygon and revealed that further details on where viewers could tune in would be shared in the coming weeks.

The PlayStation Meeting will be held in the PlayStation Theatre in New York’s Times Square. After months of rumours, Sony confirmed that the PS4 Neo was indeed real but declined to showcase it at E3 2016 to keep the focus on its games. Rumours pegged it as appearing at Gamescom 2016 and then the Tokyo Game Show but Sony seem to have settled on a halfway point.

What do you hope to see at the PlayStation Meeting? Let us know in the comments below.
