IMPROVED ONLINE
This one is really very obvious, and something that pretty much all Pokemon fans want desperately. Ditch the nonsense plaza from Gen 7 and whatever the hell Lets Go had. Go back to having a persistent and full featured online system like PSS in Gen 6. Make it easy to use and add all sorts of features to it. Pokemon is a social game, so, you know, keep it social.
