Nintendo have kicked the marketing for the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Shield into gear of late, dropping new information and footage for the RPG duo with some frequency (amidst some amount of controversy as well). Now, The Pokemon Company has released another new Japanese trailerand it contains plenty of new gameplay footage. Various new environments from the Galar region are shown off, not to mention glimpses of battles, shots of characters (many of whom we’ve seen before), as well as a couple of peaks at the previously revealed Dynamxing and and Gigantamaxing mechanics. Take a look at it below.

Recently, another new trailer was released that introduced the aforementioned Gigantamaxing mechanic, which is separate from Dynamaxing (but also kinda similar) and brings about changes in the sizes and appearances of Pokemon. You can check that out through here.

Pokemon Sword and Shield are out for the Nintendo Switch on November 15. A week before they launch, Nintendo will also be releasing a special edition themed variant of the recently announced Switch Lite on November 8. Take a look at it through here.
