Unfortunately, the new trailer doesn't feature much in the way of gameplay aside from Hugh and Diana simply walking around town.

Pragmata

Capcom has released a brand-new trailer for its upcoming puzzle-shooter hybrid game Pragmata, which provides a glimpse at the unique look of Earth. Through interactions between protagonists Hugh and Dianna, we also receive some new story details, like the former having grown up in an orphanage.

While we don’t get much gameplay as the two characters walk around a strange hologram-styled recreation of New York City, the trailer caps things off by showing off a brand new enemy type that looks like a twisted reflection of a human being.

Pragmata is coming to PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2 on April 24. The release date was announced back in December, along with Capcom also shadow dropping a demo for PC players. The demo, the company noted, was released to further improve the PC performance of the game leading up to its release. Producer Naoto Oyama and director Cho Yonghee also confirmed that they were testing mouse and keyboard controls, as well as more technical aspects such as frame rate stability.

The same demo was released on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2 earlier this week. It puts players through some of the earlier parts of the game, equipping them with pistols and shotguns. The demo also effectively showcases its unique mix of third-person shooting action with fast-paced puzzle solving, the latter of which makes enemies more vulnerable.
