With The Game Awards right around the corner, we’re getting details on what the show will highlight in terms of reveals and announcements at an increasing rate, and another major upcoming title has now been confirmed for the event.

Taking to Twitter with the official Prince of Persia account, Ubisoft has confirmed that Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown will be receiving a new story trailer at The Game Awards this Thursday. We can probably expect to see more combat and traversal gameplay for the upcoming sidescrolling action-adventure title, with a greater focus on the narrative and characters than in previous trailers.

The Game Awards 2023 will be roughly two-and-a-half to three hours long, and will include new announcements from Sega, Microsoft, and more.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is set to launch on January 18 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
