Despite reportedly lackluster sales at launch, Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is one of the better titles of the year and a brave new chapter for the franchise. It’s received free content updates like Speedrun, Permadeath, Boss Rush and more. However, it will receive its first (and likely only) story DLC with Mask of Darkness in September. Check out its brief teaser below.

In the meantime, the latest update, Divine Trials, is now available with revised bosses, new Amulets and outfits. There are new Combat Challenges, Puzzle Challenges, Platform Challenges and much more to overcome. It should provide fresh content for those willing to test their skills.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. Check out our review, where we awarded it a 9 out of 10, with only the movement not feeling as smooth as we would have liked. A free demo is available to try out for yourself.
