One of the first things we saw from Sony’s upcoming next generation console was its controller, the DualSense. While overall the structure is familiar, it’s the biggest departure we’ve seen since the original PlayStation. Sony’s so proud of it, apparently it’s even getting its own slogan. Now, we’ll get to see it in action.

Via his official Twitter, Geoff Keighley announced he would go hands-on with the controller tomorrow with a cheeky video as part of the Summer Game Fest. It’s not clear exactly what that entails, whether it will just be an examination of the controller or if it will be shown playing a game or tech demo.

The DualSense has gotten a lot of interesting praise, especially the adaptive triggers that developers are looking at for all kinds of potential. In the end, of course, a controller is a controller and it’ll all be about how it feels, which will be difficult to convey in a video. But we’ll see what they try to do with that tomorrow.
