Sony is on an avant garde path of game design as of late, as SCE Japan’s Puppeteer shows. The new trailer at TGS 2012 gave us a bit more information on the antagonist of the game, an evil king who looks popping puppets as much as flopping around on strings.
Enough can’t be said about the puppet theatre art style. The scissors gameplay was also showcased, along with the rote platforming and a heaping of story cutscenes. The entire game looks to be coming together well, and one could only hope that it releases soon enough.
