Remedy has finally offered some new slivers of information on their upcoming action title Quantum Break in a new gameplay teaser. Writer Sam Lake appeared to talk about the game, which would focus on the protagonist Jack Joyce, and the show which would detail the evil schemes of the Monarch corporation. A full gameplay reveal of the Time-based abilities was promised for Gamescom but we got to see a bit of it in action here.

Lake also revealed that the game would be releasing in 2015 for Xbox One. On the one hand, we’re bummed that yet another first party exclusive has slipped into next year. On the other hand, the overall progress on the game thus far suggests it could use the extra time and polish.
