With Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart launching in less than a month, we’re starting to see more of the game and get more details. Now, we also know what the action platformer’s download size is going to be, and it’s about what you’d expect. Not terrible big, but not exactly small either, which seems appropriate for the game given everything we’ve seen so far.

PlayStation Game Size recently shared the info on Twitter. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart’s download size is 42.183 GB, and this is without a day one patch. So far, Insomniac has said nothing about a day one patch, but it is, of course, entirely possible (even likely) that that happens. Meanwhile, it also looks like pre-loading for the game will become available on June 4, a week before its launch.

Insomniac Games recently confirmed that Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart has gone gold. It will launch exclusively for PS5 on June 11.
