Red Dead Redemption 2: New Gameplay Is Being Shown off To The Press – Rumour

For a game that's releasing in just a few months, we haven't seen nearly enough of Red Dead 2.

Red Dead Redemption (6)

Red Dead Redemption 2 has to be one of the most highly anticipated games of not just 2018, but maybe of this entire generation. Which is surprising, because we have seen nothing but a few collective minutes of it from some short trailers. For a game that is mere months away from launch, we have seen next to nothing of Red Dead Redemption 2’s gameplay. Well, that might be about to change soon.

Recently, a journalist posted an update on Instagram that seemed to suggest that Rockstar are inviting members of the press to try out a demo for the game. Of course, the image was promptly deleted, but not before it was reported on at Reddit. Other evidence has also emerged that seems to suggest the same, such as another journalist who recently tweeted, thanking Rockstar for inviting them to play the game, as well as official merchandise for the game that has started leaking prematurely, and images of the game’s Ultimate Edition being advertised in stores. You can take a look at all this stuff below.

It should be considered that none of this stuff spells “official” or “confirmation” in any sense of the word, so take it as you will. That said, it wouldn’t be completely implausible that Rockstar are indeed holding exclusive preview sessions for media as the game draws closer to its launch.

Recently, we reported that even though Red Dead Redemption 2 wasn’t at E3 with anything to show to the world, it may still have been shown off to select few people at the event. Meanwhile, during the last round of the game’s previews, lots of info was released on the game. You can read more on that hereRed Dead Redemption 2 launches on October 26 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
