Red Dead Redemption 2

One of the biggest releases of not just this year, but perhaps this entire console generation, Red Dead Redemption 2 is less than two weeks away. People are understandably excited about it (which is a massive, massive understatement), and we now have info on when exactly reviews for this highly anticipated title will start going live.

Metacritic’s official Twitter account has confirmed that reviews for Red Dead Redemption 2 will start going live on October 25, at 4:01 AM Pacific time. Keep in mind that not all outlets and sites seem to be getting access for review purposes at the same time, so the flow of incoming reviews will be staggered a bit, which means there will probably still be plenty of reviews coming in after the game has launched. October 25th, however, is when you can expect plenty of the game’s earliest reviews to start going up.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will launch to the rest of the world just a day later, on October 26, for the PS4 and the Xbox One. Its campaign is supposedly a whopping sixty hours long- read more on that through here.
