Gunfire Games’ Remnant: From the Ashes wasn’t expected to explode in popularity like it did. However, in just a few months, it crossed one million units sold. It’s getting a physical edition on March 17th, which will be distributed worldwide (except Asia) by THQ Nordic and cost $39.99 on all platforms. If you’ve ever wanted to own the game physically, then this should be good news.

Remnant: From the Ashes is a third person shooter set in a post-apocalyptic future. The Root, invaders from another dimension, have overrun the Earth. It’s up to you, a nameless adventurer, to traverse through different dimensions and find a way to expel the Root, ensuring humanity’s survival.

The title mixes in Souls-like stamina bars and dodge-rolling with tough boss battles and some fairly sold shooting. Each world is randomly generated which offers the possibility for new events, new items and new weapons to become available. You can check out our review for the game here to learn more.
