Live selections – which saw the game throwing choices at certain points in the story at players – was one of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis’ most unique and interesting mechanics, and something that the series hadn’t really done before that (and never would again). They will not be returning in the remake either- which makes sense, because what’s the point of making choices if you can’t have an impact on how the story ends?
