Nemesis Sections are Mostly Scripted
Make no mistake – the boss fights with Nemesis are pretty good, whether it’s trying not to get cooked alive by his flamethrower, battling his four-legged, beast-like second form or the final encounter. But this is on top of many other scripted sections that are just average, if not downright contrived, like avoiding the rockets that Nemesis fires at you by…running down some alleys, while he conveniently waits to line up shots. We probably wouldn’t be so hard on these if his dynamic appearances weren’t so heavily cut back.
