No Live Selection
One of the more interesting features from the original game was Live Selection which challenged the player to make certain choices in different situations. Would you shine the light on Nemesis in the Clock Tower or remove the cord to electrocute it? Such choices are missing in the remake. It’s a shame because it could easily been used to have alternate routes, different consequences, etc to encourage replay value and some variation, even if the changes weren’t massive like the original’s Live Selection choices.
