In September, Capcom made the surprising announcement that Resident Evil Village and its remake of Resident Evil 4 would be getting native ports for iPhone 15 Pro and iPad devices, and with the former having launched a week ago, the latter’s release date has also now been confirmed.

Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 4, as well as its Separate Ways expansion, will both launch for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad, and Mac on December 20. Where iPad and Mac are concerned, it will only be available on devices with the M1 chip or later.

Pre-orders for the acclaimed remake are available now, while Capcom has confirmed that a demo will also launch ahead of the full game’s release. Previously, it was confirmed that the game will be available at full price.

Resident Evil 4 is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PC. It has sold 5.45 million units worldwide.
