Resident Evil 4’s highly anticipated remake launches in a month’s time, and as hype and anticipation surrounding its release continue to build, Capcom, too, is continuing to ramp up its marketing. To that end, at Sony’s recent State of Play presentation, the Japanese publisher released a new trailer for it. Check it out below.

Fans of the original Resident Evil 4 will find plenty that is familiar in this new trailer. Locations like the castle and the island are shown, alongside other sections like the famous minecart ride and a couple of glimpses at boss fights (including the infamous Krauser knife fight). Various characters also take the spotlight, including the likes of Ramon Salazar, Osmund Saddler, and Ada Wong, while the Leon, Ashley, and Luis Sera continue to get screentime as well.

Meanwhile, Capcom has also reiterated that a “special demo” of the remake will be available soon. In addition to that, the publisher also confirms that fan-favourite mode The Mercenaries will also be returning. The mode will be added to the game as free post-launch DLC.

Resident Evil 4 launches on March 24 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PC.
