Didn’t get a chance to try out Capcom’s admittedly well developed Resident Evil: Revelations 2? Well you’re in luck – the first episode is currently available for free on Xbox One. Simply head over to the Xbox Store or Xbox.com and you’ll see the episode available for no money at all.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is a spiritual sequel of sorts to the original, following Claire Redfield and Moira Burton, daughter of Barry Burton, as they try to escape a mysterious prison. Though there’s plenty of action of action to be had, Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is definitely more survival horror than, say, Resident Evil 6 or even the upcoming multiplayer competitive shooter Umbrella Corps.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is available for PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4 and PlayStation Vita. You can pick up all four episodes in a single retail package, which offers the additional benefit of more Raid mode stages and episodes to play.
