Rocket League

Rocket League, the hit indie game sensation that released last year and became a surprise breakthrough success, is going to be receiving a physical release. It’ll be called Rocket League: Collector’s Edition, and it will be made available for each of the platforms the game is on currently – the Xbox One, PS4, and PC – on June 24 worldwide, followed by a belated July 5 release in North America.

The physical version will be published by 505 Games, and will come with the base game, as well as the previously released expansion packs: Supersonic Fury, Revenge of the Battle-Cars, and Chaos Run. It will also apparently include four new never before seen cars, but we don’t have much more information on that. No more information was given, but hey, that sounds exciting.

So yes- if you haven’t played one of the best and most fun games of the generation yet, you will get a chance when the Collector’s Edition launches this summer- at that point you won’t have an excuse for having sat out on the game!
