STALKER 2 Heart of Chernobyl

GSC Game World’s long-awaited shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl is a few months out from release but continues to look stunning. Some new screenshots have been released via the series’ subreddit, showcasing a myriad of environmental details and much more. Check them out below.

Along with what seem to be Pseudodogs, the screenshots also offer our first look at a Controller. These are Mutants that move slowly but can mess with their enemies’ minds and deal psionic damage from afar. Otherwise, the environments themselves are gorgeous, whether one is walking through an abandoned town ruins or a wide open field of flowers.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl is out on April 28th 2022 for Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will launch day one on Xbox Game Pass and apparently requires 180 GB of space on console. Stay tuned for more details and hopefully new gameplay footage in the coming days.
