Following the somewhat ill-fitting live-action trailer, Bandai Namco has released a proper launch trailer for Scarlet Nexus. The action RPG is out today for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One and PC with all kinds of supernatural craziness revealed in the latest trailer. Check it out below.
Scarlet Nexus is set in the brainpunk city of New Himuka which is under assault by The Others. These strange mutants feed on human brains and only those with psychic abilities can defeat them. As either Yuito or Kasane, each having their own unique perspective, players embark on a journey to battle The Others while unraveling the mysteries behind the city.
Along with hack and slash combat, Scarlet Nexus sees both characters using Psychokinesis to throw objects and execute enemies in style. Teammates can also lend their abilities with the Struggle Arms System and allow for all kinds of crazy combos. For more details on the gameplay, check out our official review here.
