Top down PvP shooter Secret Ponchos, which is inspired by competitive fighting games as much as bloody Westerns, has finally been given a release date of December 2nd for the PS4. The best part? PlayStation Plus subscribers receive the game for free in December.

Secret Ponchos features five different outlaws, each with their own strengths and weaknesses that can be customized. You’ll be able to play modes like Free for All, Team Deathmatch, Domination and more with your friends or go up against opponents in 1 vs. 1 matches local matches.

There will be two player split-screen support and developer Switchblade Monkeys promises that more outlaws will be added in the coming months. There’s also an interesting feature where you rack up a larger bounty on your head the longer you play so we’ll see how that works.

What are your thoughts on Secret Ponchos and will you be playing it? Let us know in the comments below.
