Another Devolver Digital event is in the books with major titles like Flying Wild Hog’s Shadow Warrior 3 receiving gameplay. Those craving even more needn’t wait long – the full 17-minute “Way to Motoko” gameplay walkthrough is scheduled to go live today at 7 AM PST. Simply check the embedded video below when it goes live.
Shadow Warrior 3’s story is a direct follow-up to the previous game with Lo Wang and Orochi Zilla teaming up to catch a recently released dragon. Wang is sporting all kinds of new moves this time around, like wall-running. He can also use a grappling hook to either cross huge gaps or pull levers to trigger environmental kills.
Other interesting features include a Glory Kill-like system where an executed enemy’s power can be used against other foes. It’s all fairly gruesome in keeping with previous titles – check out the first gameplay trailer here. Shadow Warrior 3 is currently slated to release in 2021 for PC.
