Ys Net made the unfortunate announcement recently about Shenmue 3 being delayed. Granted, it’s been delayed from August to November and not, say, to next year- but it’s still disappointing. Fortunately, media representatives can look forward to trying the game at E3 2019. The general public won’t get their hands on it, but at least the game isn’t absent like last year.
In a recent update post, the developer noted that it would be in attendance and it was working with publisher Deep Silver to finalize the details. A business area room where media attendees can try out the game will be arranged. More game details will also be released worldwide, which may entail a new trailer.
Series creator Yu Suzuki will be present in the exhibit hall events. However, those wanting to see the (hopefully) latest version of the game will get their share of new gameplay and details at E3. Shenmue 3 is currently slated to release on November 19th for PS4 and PC.
