Atlus has announced that Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance has sold over 500,000 units within its first three days of launch. Combined sales for the original version and Vengeance have crossed 1.6 million copies.

Launching first for Nintendo Switch in November 2021, Shin Megami Tensei 5 sold over one million units as of April 2022. As its enhanced edition, Vengeance offers multiple quality-of-life changes, new features and a brand new story route to pursue. The latter is known as Canon of Vengeance and adds new antagonistic demons alongside a new playable character in Yoko Hiromine.

The new story route offers an additional 75 hours of gameplay. Fans can also look forward to new Demons to collect, a new Nahobino form, 20 new battle themes (with 80 percent of the soundtrack reworked), and even hangout spots to interact with your party.

Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
