While Silent Hill f is hogging all the attention, this week marks several other major sequels, including Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. As the latest title in Sega’s kart racing spinoff series, it’s available now in advanced access for Deluxe Edition owners. Check out the launch trailer, which packs transformations, warp rings, Gadgets, and much more.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds offers several 24 regular tracks and 23 characters across the franchise (and many others, including Hatsune Miku), but the hook is the CrossWorlds. These are stages which players can warp to in the middle of a race, shaking things up considerably. Be careful, though – with the extensive vehicle customization, your competitors could use it to their advantage.

Check out our review for more details. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch on September 25th for Standard Edition players. The Nintendo Switch 2 version is due later, and there’s a healthy amount of post-launch DLC to look forward to, including new characters and stages from Minecraft, SpongeBob SquarePants and even Mega Man.
