Sounds interesting.

That Sony Bend is working on a PlayStation 4 game is something we have known for a while (they may also be working on a brand new AAA Vita game, but that’s besides the point); now, our friends at DualShockers, who are always on top of any new job listing or patent filing that Sony or their new developers make, have managed to put together some brand new information about this game.

The exact technical jargon, I will leave to them, or to the job listing directly in question, but it appears that Sony Bend’s new PlayStation 4 game is aiming to have realistic animation, and that it will include motion capture.

Which seems to imply that, much like most other Sony developers, the game will be realistic in style, as opposed to shooting for a cartoonish or stylized aesthetic, which makes sense, considering the kinds of games that Sony Bend usually make.

We’ll keep you posted.
