Splinter Cell Blacklist “Abilities” Trailer: Got the Moves Like Fisher

Sam Fisher! Get it?

Ubisoft Toronto has showcased the multiple ways in which you can complete missions in Splinter Cell: Blacklist, the latest title in the stealth adventure franchise. You can go with all-out brutality, a silent assassin-like disposition or a mix of the two. A new trailer for the game showcases just what kind of abilities Sam will use to dispose of foes.

Most of it is centered on utilizing stealth to get a drop on foes, but there is a fair amount of striking as well. Essentially, striking quickly so as to alert foes nearby. With only a silenced pistol, night-vision and close combat skills, nothing stops the Fisher.

Taking placed directly after Splinter Cell: Conviction, the sequel has Sam Fisher commanding Fourth Echelon to take on a new threat known only as The Blacklist in order to protect the president. Blacklist is set to release on August 20th in North America and August 23rd in Europe for Xbox 360, PC, Wii U and PS3.
