Starfighter Assault

Starfighter Assault heralds the arrival of space battles in DICE’s Star Wars Battlefront series. The objective of the mode is to either defend or destroy a capital ship. There are three classes of starfighters, namely Interceptors, Fighters and Bombers which can be modified with Star Cards. If you earn enough Battle Points, then you can spawn as a hero ship like Darth Maul’s Scimitar or Poe Dameron’s Black One with their own unique abilities. The actual combat is pretty fluid if a little busy with an emphasis on maneuverability.
