Capcom’s Street Fighter 6 has been seeing a strong response since its gameplay reveal at this month’s State of Play. Though a good chunk of the roster was leaked, reveals for characters like Guile were still well-received. Recently, individuals like TheoryFighter, Arekkz Gaming and Maximilian Dood went hands-on with the game, becoming more familiar with its various mechanics.

Along with the additional gameplay of Ryu, Jamie, and Chun-Li, these videos also talk more about the various mechanics, like how parrying starts at Frame 1. Perfect Parries are still here and slow the game briefly to emphasize a punishing counter (except on projectiles). It’s also interesting to hear about the depth of characters like Chun-Li, who can execute six different moves from her crouching stance.

Of course, if you just want to see some fancy moves, then check out the video by Arekkz Gaming below. It showcases Supers and Super Arts for the above three characters and Luke.

Street Fighter 6 is currently in development for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Releasing in 2023, it includes cross-play support and rollback netcode for online matches.
