Streets of Rage 4

In two weeks, Streets of Rage 4 is going to receive a bunch of new content with the Mr. X Nightmare DLC and a Survival Mode that promises to keep players hooked for a long time to come, but that’s not where the celebration ends for Streets of Rage fans. The brawler is getting a physical release later this year.

Correction: it’s getting another physical release later this year. Unlike the first one, which was handled by Limited Run Games, this one is being done in collaboration with Merge Games, and will include physical versions only for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. There’s no word yet on whether a physical release for Xbox One is planned as well. The physical release is set for September 24, and it’s going to include the base game and the Mr. X Nightmare DLC.

Streets of Rage 4 is available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Mr. X Nightmare arrives on July 15, and will cost $7.99.
