It’s raining good news for fans of Super Smash Bros. Nintendo has revealed that the Wii U version of the crossover brawler will be out on November 21st in North America and December 5th in Europe. Players interested in the upcoming Amiibo figures will be able to pick up the same on November 28th in Europe.

But that’s not all – Nintendo also announced that Super Smash Bros. on the 3DS managed to sell 2.8 million units worldwide since releasing in September. The game only recently made its way to North America and Europe, entering the top five best selling games in the UK. We’ll see how it fared when the NPD publishes its results for October next month, especially given the number of high profile releases for this month, but things are looking very positive as of now.
