Hi-Fi Rush is a perfect example of how Game Pass can enable developers to be more experimental- and be rewarded for it.

Microsoft has confirmed that the first wave of January additions for the subscription service doesn't include any newly-announced titles.
"The pool that Game Pass offers is huge for us. It's kind of shocking, and scary in a way," says Arkane's studio director Harvey Smith.
Some users have been getting push notifications from the Game Pass app that say the shooter is available via the service.
Other titles reportedly coming to the service include Capcom's Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Edition and the Dead Rising Triple Bundle Pack.

It is also the biggest Xbox Game Pass launch of 2022, as well as the service's biggest ever single player game launch.
The free mode to mimic the older titles' visuals, new demolition shots, and an idle motion mode with random poses are available now.
The first person shooter has enjoyed an impressive launch, and has also topped Steam's sales charts in its debut week.
Developer poncle also explained the low price of the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC, noting that it reflects the production value.
Available for $1.99, the DLC adds the game's biggest stage to date, new characters, 13 weapons, six tracks, and much more.
