"When people are sad, I feel a bit happy," said writer Bartosz Sztybor regarding the upcoming Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime sequel.
The follow-up to Studio Trigger's acclaimed anime takes place in Night City and offers a brand new story spanning ten episodes.
This marks the action RPG's first collaboration and Edgerunners' second after Guilty Gear Strive adds Lucy to the roster this Summer.
"There are plans we’d rather keep quiet until there is something to speak about, until there is really something to discuss, some concreate announcement," says CCO Michał Nowakowski.

Animated by Studio Trigger, the 10 episode series focuses on a Street Kid who becomes an edgerunner in the perilous Night City.
The virtual fan fest is slated for June 6th and 10th, and features news, reveals and talent panels. The anime is currently set to air this year.
