Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Launches June 16

Dotemu and Tribute Games' brawler has also unveiled another playable character with Casey Jones, and unveiled a new 6-player mode.

As many had speculated recently, Dotemu and Tribute Games’ highly anticipated beat ’em up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge did indeed show up at Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live, and it had quite the showing. In addition to confirmed a release date (which recently got leaked), it also unveiled other significant new details.

For starters, everyone’s favourite vigilante Casey Jones has been revealed as a playable character in the game. That brings the strength of the game’s playable roster up to seven characters, with Casey Jones joining Splinter, April O’Neal, and of course, the turtles themselves- Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello.

On top of that, it’s also been confirmed that Shredder’s Revenge will also feature a 6-player mode, which will allow six players to play the game together, with both online and local co-op being supported. Get a glimpse of it and of Casey Jones in action below.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge launches June 16 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It will also be available via Game Pass at launch.
