Tom Clancy's The Division

Tom Clancy’s The Division is still missing that info blowout we’re so desperately expecting but there are a fair number of whispers when it comes to gameplay footage. The game’s official Twitter released another short gameplay clip, consisting of alpha footage from the Xbox One version and showcasing the equipment that you can gain over the course of the game and how it affects the look of your character.

When observing the footage closely, you’ll note how the main character goes from a simple jacket and rucksack to more intricate clothing. How abilities affect this look and vice versa is yet to be revealed but from the outset, we do wonder if the different types of jackets will affect your ability to brave different kinds of weather in New York City. You can also find out more about customization, character creation and more in this Q&A video.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is out on March 8th 2016 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. A beta for the game will take place shortly before launch so stay tuned.
