The Division Hosting Special Event and Rewards From March 9th to 16th

Double Field Caches, double HVT rewards and more.

Ubisoft Massive hosted a special report for Tom Clancy’s The Division last night wherein it talked about upcoming special events and rewards to celebrate the game’s one year anniversary.

If you log into the game from March 9th to 16th, you’ll receive a free emote and 200 Premium Credits. The actual “event” is pretty straightforward – from March 9th to 11th, you’ll receive double rewards from High Value Targets. That’s from the actual mission rewards, not what the bosses drop. Furthermore, from March 11th to 16th, you’ll have double Field Proficiency caches so every time you level up, you’ll get two caches for the price of one.

Will that increase your chances of picking up Exotics, especially those you want? Probably not but hey, lots of loot.

The Division still has more in store for this year including two free expansions. All content updates will also be free for the entire year which is neat. Thoughts? Let us know in the comments.
