The Public Test Server for Tom Clancy’s The Division underwent maintenance today, starting from 1 AM PST, for two hours. That means it’s recently wrapped up and changes announced during yesterday’s State of the Game are now in effect.

Along with bug fixes and balance changes, the Survival DLC will be not playable for a few days, thus allowing players to focus on the free content coming with update 1.5. This includes further experimentation with enemy armour damage, trying out the new World Tier 5 and having a decent fresh start, etc. There won’t be another World Tier or Gear Score upgrade until new content is available.

Meanwhile, Massive hasn’t confirmed whether a PTS wipe will take place in the following weeks but it’s certainly a possibility. At this rate, it seems likely that Survival and update 1.5 will be out in December. What are your thoughts on the PTS so far? Let us know in the comments below.
