The Division

The release of The Division is just a couple of months away and we’re getting quite a bit of new information about what we can expect to see in the game. In particular, Microsoft has just put out some details on a couple of content packs that players can get as part of the Gold Edition. These content packs are the National Guard Pack and the Hazmat pack. This content is also downloadable should you purchase the game’s season pass.

Each of these packs come with a couple of special items and an outfit. While the outfit is largely cosmetic the gear that comes along with the packs are plenty helpful depending on what kind of situation you find yourself inside The Division. The Hazmat Pack comes complete with a P416 Assault Rifle with custom skin in addition to a Go-Bag that will raise resistance to exotic damage. As the company web-store points out, the National Guard Pack contains a custom-skinned P416 Assault Rifle, a different skin for your agent and a Go-Bag that increases armor.

It appears that both packs of content aren’t going to be any kind of drain at all when it comes to taking up your hard drive space as they will each only be about 10.09 MB per pack. These details are just the latest in what Ubisoft hopes will be an incredibly successful game. The company has previously said The Division is maxing out the PS4, Xbox One and PC. We’ll get to see whether that’s true when the game comes to those platforms on March 8.
