Interacting with The Font of Renewal is the simplest method for curing yourself of vampirism before the turning commences. While there is a full-fledged quest that can also be carried out, this can be very time-consuming, and you may well turn before completing it.
The Font of Renewal is located on Deepscorn Hollow, one of two islands in Topal Bay, south-east of Leyawiin. The quest will begin as soon as you land on the island.
Proceed to the sunken ruins, and through the submerged entrance concealed within the large wooden log. Head west through the door and into the Deepscorn Cloister. At the bottom of the stairway is a rather plain looking obelisk in a shallow pool, known as the Font of Renewal.
Collect some Purgeblood Salts from the Purgeblood Crystal Formation located in a corner of this same area, and then proceed to the Font of Renewal to relieve your vampirism ailment.
