Telltale Games will be making its comeback with The Expanse: A Telltale Series, and the sci-fi adventure title has turned quite a few heads since its announcement. Recent months have seen the developer share plenty of new gameplay footage and details for the game, and now, ahead of its July launch, a new trailer focusing on its story has also been released. Check it out below.

Based on the show rather than the books, The Expanse: A Telltale Series will be set before the events of season one and focus on fan-favourite character Camina Drummer, with Cara Gee reprising her role. Aboard the the Artemis, alongside her crew, Drummer will explore “the dangerous and uncharted edges of The Belt”, with gameplay revolving around narrative-based decisions that will affect the outcome of the story, as you’d expect from a Telltale title.

The Expanse: A Telltale Series will see the launch of its first episode for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on July 27, with the remaining four episodes releasing in two week intervals. Telltale will also be showcasing new gameplay at the Annual Tribeca Festival later this month.
