Following Update 1.5.0 for THE FINALS and the limited-time addition of Solo Bank It!, Embark Studios has released Update 1.5.5. It adds new items to the store while also provide balance changes to several gadgets and weapons. The invulnerability period after reviving has also gone from 1.5 seconds to 0.75 seconds. The same also applies to revives with the Defibrillators.

The FCAR has seen a slight nerf to its damage, going from 26 to 25, while the Guardian Turret has less health, now at 280 instead of 300. Interestingly, some weapons have been buffed, like the .357 Revolver, which has reduced bullet dispersion when aiming down sights. However, its damage fall-off starts at 23 meters from 35 and ends at 40 instead of 50 meters.

Throwing Knives have become more lethal, with projectile dispersion while falling and sprinting reduced. Embark noted feedback on Recon Senses requiring an overhaul on the Medium build and is working on the same. The change will arrive with next week’s update, so stay tuned.

THE FINALS is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review here.
