Series veteran Kim Kaphwan joins The King of Fighters 15 today as part of Season 2. A new Character Breakdown trailer is available, which outlines his abilities and fighting style – check it out below.

As a rushdown fighter, Kim is all about getting up close and personal. Jumping attacks and mid-air specials are important for closing the distance, and moves, like Hienzan, result in hard knockdowns for opponents. Hangetsuzan is also very useful since it has quick recovery from blocking. If you want to cut an opponent’s movement, use the EX version, which covers roughly 60 percent of the screen.

Four more DLC characters will be added in Season 2, with Sylvie Paul Paul and Najd releasing this Summer. Goenitz is also arriving, though he’ll be free for all players. Later this Spring, a cross-play beta will go live for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, so stay tuned for more details.
