If you’ve gone back and played The Last of Us Part 2, you’ll probably have noticed the massive amount of collectibles available to find. There is an option in the Accessibility menu for “Enhanced Listen Mode”, which makes it easier to spot collectibles and items. You’re going to want to switch it on to find everything.
