NEW ENEMY TYPES

the last of us part 2

We can probably expect to see all enemy types from the first game to return in The Last of Us Part 2, but the sequel will also bring new threats for players to contend with in more new enemy types. A couple of these have already been revealed. Dogs – who will usually accompany human enemies – will track Ellie’s scent during stealth sections and insert more urgency into proceedings, while the Shambler is a new Infected that has a lot of similarities to Bloaters, with its thick armour plating, and also has the ability to dispel noxious gases to attack the player.
